Maintenance Manager - Chemical Manufacturing Western Sydney (Smithfield Area) | $150,000 Package | Mon–Fri Day Shift

A well-established chemical manufacturing site in Western Sydney is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations and drive plant reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Lead and supervise a small team of mechanical and electrical trades
n
- Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance strategies
n
- Manage contractors, spare parts, and maintenance budgets
n
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and dangerous goods requirements
n
- Maintain CMMS records (MEX preferred)
n
- Drive continuous improvement to minimise downtime
n

About You nn




- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Supervisor
n
- Essential: chemical manufacturing / hazardous environment experience
n
- Solid safety and compliance mindset
n
- Hands‑on leadership style
n
- Engineering qualification or equivalent trade experience
n
- CMMS experience (MEX highly regarded)
n
