Salad Factory Roles – Monday to Saturday Roster

Looking for a role that keeps you active, offers reliable hours, and lets you be part of a fast‑moving food production team? Our Morningside salad processing facility is growing fast, and we’re looking for reliable, hardworking staff who are ready to jump in and get started.

Shifts & Pay n

Start times vary day‑to‑day based on production line schedules

What You’ll Be Doing n

Working with fresh salad products in a chilled, fast‑paced environment

n

Sorting, packing, mixing, and preparing salad ingredients

n

Manual handling and lifting 20–25kg+

n





Following strict food safety and hygiene procedures

n

Supporting production targets and working efficiently as part of a team

What You Need n

Unlimited working rights (Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or Working Holiday Visas welcome to apply )

n

Car and valid driver’s licence (no learners)

n

Ability to work with salad and fresh produce

n

Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting

n

Availability Monday to Saturday

n

Reliable, punctual, and ready to work
