With the opening of our new Lodge, accommodation and dining facilities, we're expanding our Food & Beverage team and looking for enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants who genuinely enjoy hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

This isn't just one style of service. Our team works across a diverse hospitality offering including café service, breakfast and lunch, à la carte dining, conferences, weddings, groups and special events.

Whether you're serving a morning coffee overlooking the rainforest, welcoming guests into our new dining facilities or helping deliver a special event, you'll be part of creating the warm and genuine hospitality Binna Burra is known for.

What you'll be doing n

n
- Welcoming guests and providing friendly, professional and attentive service.
n
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and confidently.
n
- Delivering food and beverages efficiently and to a high presentation standard.
n
- Providing table service across café, restaurant and function environments.
n




- Preparing and serving beverages in accordance with relevant requirements.
n
- Assisting with conferences, weddings, groups and special events.
n
- Setting up, clearing and resetting dining and event spaces.
n
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our venues.
n
- Developing a good knowledge of our menus, local produce and beverage offering.
n
- Working closely with the kitchen and wider hospitality team to provide a seamless guest experience.
n

What we're looking for n

We're looking for people who are naturally welcoming, enjoy working with guests and understand that outstanding hospitality is about more than simply delivering food to a table.

You'll bring:

- Previous Food & Beverage, restaurant, café or hospitality experience.
n
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
n
- A friendly, positive and professional approach.
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- The ability to work efficiently during busy service periods.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation.
n
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
n
- A willingness to work across different styles of service and venues.
n
- Availability across a flexible hospitality roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
n
- Australian work rights.
n

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate will be required for positions involving alcohol service.

Location & availability n

Binna Burra is approximately 30 minutes' drive from Canungra and 45 minutes from Nerang .

n

Own reliable transport is essential. Free onsite parking is provided; however, staff accommodation is not available.

n

As a seven-day hospitality operation, applicants will need flexibility to work a range of shifts which may include mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
