We provide machining services for Mining, Maritime, Oil and Gas and a variety of other commercial customers. Over the last 30 years, we have built a reputation of a consistentlyhigh level of service. Due to our growth and our recent purchase of a state-of-the-art workshop and current CNC Lathes and Milling machines, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Trades Assistant to join our Naval Base workshop .

About the role
n
Your duties will include, but not be limited to:
n
n
- Forklift Driving
n
- Conduct general workshop/yard cleanliness, tidiness, and litter management
n
- Comply with instructions from supervision team.
n
- Maintain general tidiness in work area.
n
- Maintain proper time keeping practices
n
n

Successful applicant will also need to meet the following requirements:

- Hold a current class C driver’s license
n
- Hold a current forklift licence
n
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, ability to climb stairs and ladders.

- Be able to use pallet jacks and trolleys and restock shelves
n
- Be available to work Saturdays and overtime as required
n
n
