You’ll own reporting and business intelligence for an established Australian logistics brand with a strong nationwide presence, while helping shape how they show up on LinkedIn.

What you'll be doing n
Business intelligence and reporting (60%)
n
n
- Build, maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and reports that management actually uses
n
- Work with stakeholders across the business to turn "what we need to know" into transparent, practical reporting
n
- Analyse data to spot trends, opportunities and issues early
n
- Keep reporting accurate, consistent and trustworthy
n
- Prepare regular and ad hoc management reports, and find ways to automate and streamline them
n
n
Communications and LinkedIn (25%)
n
n
- Plan and write LinkedIn posts and company updates that reflect the brand, services and people
n
- Work with colleagues to uncover project wins, milestones and success stories worth sharing
n
- Maintain a forward content calendar and report on what's working
n
n
Project and business support (15%)
n
n
- Support the Business Solutions Manager on business improvement projects and new system rollouts
n
- Prepare presentations, documentation and project reports
n
- Gather input from teams across the business and help projects land
n
What you'll bring nn
- Advanced Power BI skills, including building and maintaining dashboards and reports
n
- Excellent written communication, with experience creating professional LinkedIn or social media content
n
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
