Field Mining Services Group is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to lead mechanical shutdown crews across Bowen Basin mines, coordinating activities and ensuring safety, quality and schedule adherence. This hands-on leadership role requires coal mining experience and robust people development skills.

You will manage day-to-day activities with site management and project teams, driving productivity and fostering a safety-first culture among 15+ crew members on a 4D/4N/4off roster.
