Remedy Plus Medical Clinics is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our small, doctor-led specialist medical clinic in Chatswood.

n

This is a varied role combining hands-on procedural nursing with patient-facing reception, administration and follow-up of prospective patient enquiries and bookings . The clinic provides specialised services across skin cancer medicine, pelvic floor therapy, medical laser treatments and ear microsuction.

The position is permanent part-time for 16 hours per week, working Tuesdays and Wednesdays . Additional weekday hours may become available once you are fully trained and confident working independently, including the possibility of an additional Monday.

Clinical responsibilities n

- Melanography and mole mapping
n
- Assisting with skin cancer procedures
n
- Performing medical laser treatments
n
- Operating the Emsella chair for pelvic floor therapy
n
- Performing ear microsuction, with training provided if required
n
- Assisting the doctor during procedures
n
- Patient preparation and education
n
- Sterilisation, stock management and treatment-room preparation
n

Patient service and administration nn
- Answering telephone and patient enquiries
n




- Booking and managing appointments
n
- Following up prospective patient enquiries
n
- Explaining services, appointment options and fees
n
- Patient check-in and check-out
n
- Processing payments and Medicare claims
n
- Managing patient forms, appointment confirmations and general clinic administration
n

About you nn
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- A friendly, professional and confident manner with patients
n
- Solid telephone, communication and customer-service skills
n
- An interest in procedural and hands‑on nursing
n
- Confidence working independently once appropriately trained
n
- Good computer skills and attention to detailA willingness to learn new procedures and technologies
n
- Previous medical reception, customer‑service or patient‑enquiry experience would be highly regarded
n
- Experience with medical practice management software would be an advantage
n
- Experience with PracSuite would be a significant advantage
n
- Previous experience and competency in ear microsuction would be highly regarded
n
