Senior Marketing and Communications Manager n

We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing and Communications Manager to join our Head Office team based in Rhodes.

n

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role will lead marketing strategy, brand positioning and communications across our Business.

n

You will strengthen our market presence, ensure consistent branding and deliver marketing initiatives that support client engagement, retention and business growth. As the Bidvest Australia integration progresses, you will play a key role in implementing refreshed branding and supporting clear communication across the Group.

n

This position suits someone who combines strategic thinking with practical delivery, manages competing priorities effectively and builds robust relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities: n

Develop and deliver the Group marketing strategy and annual plan, aligned with commercial priorities and the integration programme.

n

Define market positioning, target audiences, campaign strategies and marketing channels for each brand.

n

Develop and maintain brand identity, tone of voice and style guidelines.

n

Work with branding agencies to develop refreshed branding, creative concepts, templates and launch materials.

n

Lead brand rollouts across proposals, capability statements, presentations, digital channels, signage and uniforms.

n

Manage the Group’s communications and social media strategy, including content calendars, editorial direction and channel performance.

n

Create or commission content, including case studies, white papers, client communications and campaign materials.

n

Support internal communications throughout the integration programme.

n

Partner with Sales, Key Account Management, Bid Production, Estimating and operational teams to develop materials that support winning, retaining and growing business.

Act as a senior marketing adviser to the Chief Commercial Officer and work closely with senior leaders across the Group.

n

Manage agencies, designers, suppliers and approved budgets to ensure quality, value and timely delivery.

n

Monitor and report on marketing performance against agreed commercial outcomes.

About You: n

You are a confident communicator with strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills. You can translate business priorities into effective marketing activities and move comfortably between strategic planning and hands‑on delivery.

n

Experience within a multi‑site, service-based or regulated environment.

n

Experience supporting business integration or complex change communications.

n

Experience using HubSpot.

Requirements: n

Five or more years of senior B2B marketing and communications experience.

n

Proven experience leading multi‑brand positioning, rebranding or brand rollouts.

n

Strong capabilities across brand strategy, content development, social media, campaign planning and agency management.

n

Experience developing commercial collateral to support sales and client engagement.

n

Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation and performance reporting.

n

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

n

A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
