n
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining a Safety Management System aligned with ISO 45001 and Australian WHS legislation
n
- Proven ability to write explicit, practical procedures, standards and guidance material

n
- Working knowledge of incident investigation, hazard management and corrective action processes
n
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, and comfortable coaching and engaging people at all levels, from site crews to senior leaders
n
- Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced project workplace
n
- Available at short notice for a 3-month contract, with flexibility for a possible extension
