The Role

- Manage a portfolio of business services and taxation clients
- Prepare and review financial statements and income tax returns
- Provide advice across Div 7A, CGT, GST and FBT matters
- Work closely with clients to deliver proactive business and taxation solutions
- Review work prepared by junior accountants
- Coach, mentor and support developing team members
- Delegate workflow and monitor team performance
- Ensure client deadlines and compliance obligations are met
- Identify process improvements and efficiencies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor

About You

- Degree qualified in Accounting,



Commerce or Business
- CA or CPA qualified, or currently completing
- 4+ years' experience within Australian public practice
- Previous experience managing client relationships and workflows
- Supervisory or mentoring experience highly regarded
- Strong technical taxation and compliance knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organisationaland time management abilities
- Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
- Professional, collaborativeand client-focused approach
