Xplor Technologies is seeking an SDR Manager to lead and scale our outbound SDR function across APAC, starting with Australia. You will recruit, onboard and coach a high-performing team, partnering with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Leadership to drive predictable pipeline.

The role requires deep experience in outbound strategies, remote team management, and data-driven coaching to continuously improve performance and alignment with Account Executives.
