Elders is seeking a Category Lead - General Merchandise to join our team on a permanent, full time basis, ideally based in Toowoomba but open to Queensland or Northern NSW. You will drive the regional implementation of our national retail strategy for your category and support branch teams to hit targets.

Reporting to the Region Retail Manager, you will develop category insights, provide guidance, and collaborate with branch networks, agronomists and suppliers to optimise category performance
