Are you passionate about customer service and organisation? Are you looking to kick start your administration career? We are seeking a full time Receptionist to join our team, based out of our Fortitude Valley HQ.

Key Responsibilities as our Receptionist/Switchboard Operator

n
n

n
n
- Front of house reception duties including greeting clients, visitors and deliveries.
n
n
- Receiving inbound calls through our mainline, answering customer queries or directing them to the correct team member.
n
n
- Managing multiple email inboxes and inputting data into our system.
n
n
- Be responsible for the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring they are kept tidy and presentable.
n
n
- Maintaining office supplies including stock checking and replenishment.
n
n
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
n
n
- Ad hoc duties as required.
n
n

As an ideal candidate you will possess:

- Strong written and verbal skills, confident to answer and make calls in what can be a high volume environment.

- Excellent customer service and ability to handle a variety of stakeholders.
n

- Robust organisational skills and willingness to follow processes and procedures.

- A talent for problem solving and providing fast, effective solutions.
n

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
