Role n

Reporting into the CFO and Finance Manager, this is a broad Management Accountant combining management accounting, business partnering and responsibility for the full-function payroll function.

- Monthly management reporting, variance analysis and commentary
n
- Budgeting, forecasting and commercial analysis
n
- Business partnering with operational stakeholders
n
- Month-end accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
n
- Managing the full-function monthly payroll for approximately 140 employees using Micropay
n
- Supporting audit and continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting
n

Profile n





You will have a robust background across management accounting, commercial analysis and business partnering, combined with hands‑on payroll experience.

n

Previous experience using Micropay is essential.

n

You will be commercially minded, analytical and confident partnering with both finance and non-finance stakeholders. Strong Excel skills are required, with Power BI experience highly regarded.

Benefits n

Hybrid working arrangements. Office location in central Sydney close to public transport. Paying $70ph plus super. 6 month contract with potential to extend or become permanent.
