Spotlight Group Holdings is seeking a Customer Experience Manager on a 12-month parental leave contract to lead end-to-end CX improvements across Spotlight, Anaconda, Mountain Designs and Harris Scarfe.

The role is hybrid with a market-competitive salary, super, profit share and team discounts, based from our South Melbourne office near South Melbourne Market. You will own the eCommerce backlog, drive CRO programs, UX enhancements and data-driven improvements.
