The Travel Corporation in Sydney seeks a People & Culture Manager ANZ on a fixed-term contract from November 2026 to June 2027, with hybrid work. You will partner with leaders and employees across Australia and Current Zealand to support recruitment, employee relations, compliance and people initiatives during a parental leave period.

You will lead broad HR generalist activities, advise on awards, contracts and policy, and collaborate with Payroll on wage reviews and data accuracy while the Dayforce
