Job Description

Minecon Recruitment is partnered with a leading civil contractor to deliver a major infrastructure project in Heathwood, QLD. We seek experienced, safety‑mocused Roller Operators for Day & Night shifts to join the team immediately.

Enjoy secure hours, great shift conditions and earning potential. Operating soil, padfoot and smooth drum rollers on active civil sites, you’ll perform pre-start checks, assist with road/rail rehab, and work around live traffic.
