Job Description

Intercept Community Services is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to join the Empowering Family Connections program in Caboolture. You will support young people and families through complex challenges, delivering end-to-end case management and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team to strengthen connections and prevent re-entry into child protection systems.

This part time role (Mon-Thu, 9am-5pm, 60 hrs fort) offers salary packaging, superannuation and employee discounts.
