Lighthouse Service Partners is a people- and mission driven trades company serving home service businesses — plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and related trades — across Australia. We're growing fast and we need a Talent Associate who can grow with us.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Talent, you'll drive full cycle recruiting on a prioritised set of trades and operational roles across all of our OpCos (operating companies) — while equipping GMs and hiring managers to confidently run structured interviews and own lower-priority roles themselves using our Lighthouse Recruiting Playbook.

This isn't a role where you wait for perfect process. You'll move fast, build trust with GMs across the portfolio, and materially level up hiring capability across the business. Success here creates a genuine platform to grow within Lighthouse's People & Talent function as we scale.

What You'll Do

- Lead fullcycle recruiting on priority trades and operational roles across all OpCos, based on volume, criticality, and business need

- DirectOpCohiringmanagersonusingtheLighthouseRecruitingPlaybook—structuredinterviewing,scorecards,advertising,andonboarding
- Buildproactivesourcingplaybooksandtalentpoolsforrecurringtradesroles(plumbers,HVACtechs,electricians),reducingrelianceonagencies




- Driveadoptionofstandardisedjobads,scorecards,andinterviewframeworks—andreportontimetofill,offeracceptance,scorecardcompliance,andYear1attrition
- SupporttheHeadofTalentonGMandHoldCo-levelhiringasneeded

What You Bring

- 2–5+yearsoffull-cyclerecruitingexperience,ideallyinblue-collar,trades,ormulti-siteoperationalbusinesses
- Atrackrecordacrossthefullcycle—sourcing,screening,interviewing,closing—forhigh-volume,high-turnoverroles
- TheabilitytobuildtrustfastwithGMsandoperationalleaders,andcredibilitywithbothblue-collarandcorporatestakeholders
- Ascrappy,resourcefulmindset—comfortableoperatingwithoutfullymaturesystemsinplace
- Sharpinstinctsforreadingabusinessandahiringneed,adaptingyourapproachratherthanrunningafixedscript
