We are actively seeking applications for an experienced Accounts Receivable team member to join the Finance Team, reporting directly to the CFO.

n

About the role:

n

n
- Managing customer accounts to ensure payment is received on time;
n
- Answering customer queries in relation to invoices, credits or payments;
n
- Receipting and allocation of customer payments;
n
- Process customer credits based on stock returns or pricing issues;
n
- Generate ageing AR reports to assist in cash flow forecasting;
n
- Assist in the set up of recent customer accounts, maintaining accurate customer information;
n
- Liaising with other areas of the business including customer service and operations;
n




- General accounting and administrative support to the CFO and finance team as required.

About you:

n

n
- Minimum two years in a busy Accounts Receivable role managing a large volume of transactions;
n
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate customer master files and process credits efficiently.
n
- Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and data accuracy;
n
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines;
n
- Proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook;
n
- Have a positive, professional attitude with a willingness to support team goals.
