Job Description

Stockland is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Development Finance team on a 12-month contract, supporting Retail and Communities real estate projects in Sydney. You will deliver detailed feasibility modelling and commercial scenario analysis to guide investment decisions across an active development pipeline.

You'll work closely with Finance and Development Managers, applying corporate finance expertise to provide clear insights that drive Stockland’s growth strategy in a energetic market.
