- Have remote-site or high-volume kitchen experience
n
- Work confidently as part of a team

- Meet strict HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards
n
- Can cater to dietary requirements and guest expectations

New to FIFO? If you have strong commercial experience, the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.n
n TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU'LL NEED:
✔️ Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)n
n✔️ National Police Check within the last 6 months (or willing to obtain)n
n✔️ Food Safety Supervisor Certificaten
✔️ Australian/NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident n
✔️ Available for 2:1 roster. n
✔️ Perth-based preferred.
