Job Description

Torres Strait Island Regional Council (TSIRC) is seeking a part time Housing Officer for Mer Island to support social housing tenants and applicants while ensuring tenancy management in line with Council policies.

The role focuses on rent monitoring, assisting with housing applications, supporting tenants in arrears, inspections, coordination of maintenance, and maintaining tenancy records to contribute to safe, well-managed housing and sustainable communities.
