Role Description n

The Building Supervisor is a full-time role. This role oversees day-to-day building operations, which include; liaising with contractors and clients, ordering materials, programming and cost control.

Qualifications n

- Strong supervisory skills with experience overseeing high end residential building operations or construction teams.

- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
n
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and occupational health and safety requirements.
n
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple building tasks in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Basic computer skills for using management systems, email, and documentation tools.
n
- Previous experience in construction, building and supervision is highly beneficial.
