Role Purpose

The Dev/Tech (Principal) Lead owns the end‑to‑end
n technical architecture and engineering standards for business‑critical
n digital platforms. This role is a hands‑on technical leadership position ,
n not a people‑only lead, responsible for ensuring solutions are secure,
n scalable, cloud‑native, and aligned with business objectives .

Technical & Architectural Leadership

- Own
n and define end‑to‑end solution architecture .

- Design API‑first, microservices‑based architectures in cloud environments.

n and review feature‑level technical designs .

n adoption of modern engineering frameworks and practices .

n complex internal and external system integrations.

n hands‑on where needed across backend, frontend, cloud, and CI/CD.

Cloud, DevOps & Automation

- Architect
n and optimize multi‑cloud solutions (AWS & Azure) .

n and govern CI/CD standards and reusable pipelines in GitLab.

- Mentor
n teams on IaC best practices using Terraform .

n release management governance.

Observability, Performance & Cost

- Establish observability frameworks (logging, monitoring, alerting).

- Monitor
n performance, reliability, and availability using cloud‑native




n monitoring services .

- Drive cost optimization , capacity monitoring, and performance tuning.

- Automate
n operational and service management tasks.

Quality, Testing & Frontend
n Leadership

- Define
n testing strategies across unit, integration, and E2E testing.

- Ensure
n testing is embedded in CI/CD.

- Oversee
n advanced frontend practices including React optimization and Module
n Federation .

- Enforce
n accessibility and quality standards.

Data & Platform Design

- Define
n data strategies:

- Relational
n vs NoSQL selection.

- Normalized
n and denormalized schema design.

n
- Sharding
n and partitioning for NoSQL where applicable.

- Ensure HA/DR , scalability, and resilience.

Required Skills & Experience

n experience as a Technical Lead / Principal Engineer in cloud‑native
n platforms.
