Crown Resorts is seeking a Governance & Compliance Specialist to fortify workplace relations across our Melbourne, Sydney or Perth properties. You’ll lead compliance programs, interpret the Fair Work Act and modern awards, and partner with Payroll, Risk and Legal to embed robust governance.

You’ll influence policy development, conduct assurance activities, and help implement enterprise agreement changes while supporting a culture of integrity and care for our people and visitors.
