We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with both internal stakeholders and external clients, delivering impactful reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions that drive performance and support strategic decision-making.

About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting, analysing and interpreting data to provide meaningful insights that support operational and strategic outcomes across CoAct, Altivio and our clients.

You will develop reporting solutions, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and help ensure data quality, integrity and accessibility while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract, analyse and interpret data to deliver meaningful insights that support business performance and decision‑making.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualisations using SQL and business intelligence tools.
- Monitor data quality, identify trends, anomalies and issues, and implement appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather reporting requirements and deliver user‑friendly analytical solutions.
- Provide reporting support, explain insights to stakeholders, and assist users in understanding and applying data.
- Maintain reporting standards, documentation,



data models and governance processes to ensure reliability and consistency.
- Present findings and reporting solutions to stakeholders, including prospective and existing Altivio clients.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing reporting processes, tools and methodologies.
- Build solid relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver value‑driven outcomes.
- Troubleshoot reporting and data issues and support the ongoing enhancement of analytical solutions.

About You

You are an analytical thinker who enjoys solving complex problems and translating data into actionable insights. You are equally comfortable working independently and engaging with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and communicate findings in a meaningful way.

Skills and Experience

- Demonstrated experience in a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Experience developing dashboards and visualisations using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MODE or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality and reporting best practice.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to present technical information in a clear and user-friendly way.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- Experience working with external clients or customer‑facing analytical environments will be highly regarded.
