GreenSquare is seeking an Associate Cost Manager to support cost planning, commercial control, and risk management across its portfolio of data centre developments in Australia. You will oversee cost planning, contract administration, and final account close-out, working with QSs, designers, and contractors.

The role requires 5+ years in large-scale construction, degree in QS or CM, and solid experience in cost reporting, project controls, and commercial negotiations.
