nSalary: $70,000 - $75,000 plus superannuation n
nAre you a meticulous organizer with a knack for multitasking? Collie Hotel, nestled in the heart of Collie, NSW 2827, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Clerk to join our team full-time. Key Responsibilities: n
n• Recording, preparing, sorting, classifying, and filing information to ensure smooth operations. n
n• Sorting, opening, and sending mail promptly and efficiently. n
n• Photocopying and faxing documents accurately and in a timely manner. n
n• Preparing routine reports to maintain comprehensive records. n
n• Recording the issue of equipment to staff for productive resource management. n
n• Receiving letters and telephone messages courteously and professionally. n
n• Transcribing information onto computers with precision, proofreading, and correcting copy as needed. n




n• Providing customers with information about our exceptional services with a friendly demeanour. n
n• Performing receptionist duties to ensure a warm welcome for our guests. n
n
nRequirements: n
n• AQF Certificate II or III. n
n• Previous experience in similar role is essential. n
n• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. n
n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. n
n• Proficiency in computer operations. n
n• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. n
n• Customer service-oriented attitude. n
