Job Description

Stellar Recruitment Pty is seeking a Head of People & Culture on a 9-12 month parental leave contract to lead a national HR function across Australia’s major civil infrastructure projects. You will partner with executives, drive HR strategy, and oversee talent acquisition, mobilisation, and ER/IR.
