Job Description

Pathfinders is seeking a Team Leader for the Mid North Coast region to work 24 hour per week. The role focuses on empowering people with disabilities to pursue goals, while providing person-led support and robust leadership to the team.

The Team Leader will supervise staff, assist with daily operations, rosters and workforce planning, and ensure compliance with SCHADS Award requirements. Flexible shifts, including sleepovers and weekends, are required.
