We’re looking for a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented person to join our Sales & Administration team.

This is a varied, hands‑on office role combining customer service, product knowledge, sales and administration.

You’ll become an important link between our customers and manufacturing team.

About the role n

You’ll be responsible for:

n

n
- n

Welcoming and assisting customers at our sales counter.

n
- n

Developing a thorough understanding of our products, manufacturing processes and installation requirements.

n
- n

Guiding customers through product selection, quoting and ordering.

n
- n

Learning and confidently using our point‑of‑sale and order‑processing systems.

n
- n

Managing customer enquiries by phone and email.

n
- n

Asking the right questions and gathering complete, accurate information for fabrication.

n
- n

Processing customer orders with excellent attention to detail.

n
- n

Supporting our Managing Director and wider team by maintaining an organised, efficient and professional office.

n
- n

Learning how customer orders move through our fabrication,



powder coating and dispatch departments, including an understanding of production lead times and delivery schedules.

n
- n

Working closely with our manufacturing and dispatch teams to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated, orders progress smoothly and customers receive accurate information.

Previous experience in sales, administration, customer service or a trade‑related environment would be an advantage.

Fencing industry experience is not essential. We’re happy to teach the right person about our products and processes.
