Job Description

ECEFast is seeking a technical specialist to join the VMS division as an Instrument Support Technician. In this role, you will play a vital part in designing, installing, commissioning, and supporting advanced temperature monitoring systems and related solutions for clients.

Key responsibilities n

Provide expert assistance via phone, email, support tickets, and in office visits to fault-find, diagnose, and resolve customer issues

n

Install hardware and software, configure network integrations, complete validation paperwork, and collaborate with internal departments

n

Partner with VMS sales staff on system design, manage Support Agreements, and prepare customer quotations

n

Leverage strong knowledge of Windows OS, servers, hardware platforms, and IT networks to liaise effectively with client IT representatives

About you n

Practical experience in technical support, instrumentation, or electronic systems

n

Solid grounding in IT networks, operating systems, and hardware configuration

n

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

n

A proactive, safety-first approach to on-site work and customer premises

n

Flexibility for occasional interstate travel
