Job Description

National Media on the Gold Coast is seeking an Event Production Coordinator to drive hands-on delivery for large-scale live events. You will work closely with exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and internal teams to keep projects moving, from sign-on through delivery.

You'll spend time directly with customers, answering questions, gathering details, and ensuring they feel prepared and supported. This role offers real ownership and opportunities to learn, travel, and grow with a rapid-growing company.
