Job Description

- Design and implement enterprise Data Governance frameworks, standards, policies, and procedures.
n
- Define governance operating models, decision rights, governance forums, and escalation paths.
n
- Establish governance roles including Data Owners, Data Stewards, Custodians, and Governance Councils.
n
- Develop governance roadmaps aligned with organizational data strategy and compliance requirements
n
- Lead implementation and configuration of Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog.
n
- Configure business glossaries, metadata repositories, classifications, and governance workflows.
n
- Implement automated metadata harvesting and lineage capabilities.
n
- Enable integration with enterprise data platforms including Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, Databricks, and SQL-based systems
n
- Metadata & Business Glossary Management
n
- Develop business glossaries and taxonomy models.
n
- Define ownership, stewardship, and approval workflows.
n
- Improve data discoverability and business understanding of critical data assets.
n

Data Quality & Stewardship n

n
- Define critical data elements and quality rules.
n
- Collaborate with business teams to establish data quality KPIs and monitoring processes.
n
- Support issue remediation and governance workflows.
n
- Drive Data Stewardship adoption across business units
n
- Capture and document end-to-end data lineage.
n




- Implement governance processes for data classification and sensitive data management.
n
- Support compliance requirements, audit requests, and regulatory reporting initiatives.
n
- Ensure adherence to privacy, security, and governance standards

Stakeholder Management & Consulting n

- Conduct governance workshops and stakeholder interviews.

- Gather and document governance requirements.

- Facilitate governance councils and working groups.

- Present governance metrics, recommendations, and progress updates to leadership teams.
