This role is mainly focused at digital custumer service.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include: nn

Working towards branch sales targets and KPIs in store and via phone
n
- n
Contributing to online E-commerce custumer service space in all aspects
n
- n
Ensuring a safe and positive workplace environment
n
- n
Greeting customers and maintaining a skilled, well-presented showroom
n
- n
Preparing and following up on quotes for 4x4 accessories and parts
n
- n
Managing and processing customer orders efficiently
n
- n
Maintaining accurate records and customer databases
n
- n
Assisting with stock control and merchandising
n
- n
Supporting warehouse and dispatch operations when needed
n
What We’re Looking For: nn
- n
Experience or an interest in Automotive or 4x4 industry
n
- n
Trade, mechanical, or automotive background (advantageous but not required)
n
- n
Requires confident computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
n
- n
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
n
- n
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- n
Can work independently and unsupervised
n
- n
Passion for 4WDs, camping, or the outdoors is a big plus!
