About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join our client on an 8–10 month contract to cover a period of maternity leave. This role is ideal for a proactive accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic, project-based workplace.

Key Responsibilities

n n
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting
n
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
n
- Work closely with operational teams on project-based financials
n
- Maintain and manage systems across MYOB Acumatica and Xero
n
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes
n
- About You
n
n

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

n

n
- Minimum 4–5 years' accounting experience
n
- Experience with MYOB Acumatica and Xero (essential)
n
- Progress toward or completion of CPA, CA,



or equivalent
n
- Strong understanding of project-based / civil contracting environments (highly regarded)
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
n
