JLL in Melbourne is seeking a technically strong Analyst to join the Public Sector Valuations team with an interest in Plant and Equipment valuations. You will design and deliver high-quality valuation advice for complex assets using advanced financial modelling and market research.

This role requires 1–5 years in property/plant & equipment valuations, knowledge of API/IVS or USPAP, and robust Excel skills.
