Reporting to the P&C; Manager, you will deliver high-quality HR services across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance coordination and staff wellbeing at a leading Anglican independent girls' school.

You will provide strategic advice, contribute to policy development and process improvements, and uphold legal, regulatory and school policies while maintaining confidentiality
