Avani Cypress Lakes Resort in the Hunter Valley is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager - MICE to drive corporate and meetings, incentives, conferences and events revenue. You will lead proactive sales activities, identify opportunities, and secure group bookings.

Based onsite in the resort, you will build long-term client partnerships, conduct client meetings and site inspections, negotiate contracts, and stay ahead of market trends to grow our corporate portfolio.
