You will lead engineers and business analysts, champion a cooperative culture, and remove obstacles to accelerate delivery across the loyalty platform.

You will guide agile practices, partner with product teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure security, performance, and quality in our Loyalty technology landscape.
