Ozroll is looking for a hands‑on LEAN Manufacturing Lead to join our team at our 6,000m² Queensland manufacturing facility, home to four busy production departments turning out plantation shutters, louvres, outdoor blinds and made‑to‑order blind systems for homes across Australia. This is a dual role — alongside driving continuous improvement across the factory floor, you'll also serve as our Health & Safety Representative (HSR), taking ownership of keeping our WHS policies, procedures and training up to date and compliant across every department.

Key responsibilities n
Drive continuous improvement across the factory floor using LEAN methodologies
n
Serve as Health & Safety Representative and Health and Safety Officer (training provided if necessary)
n
Keep WHS policies,
procedures and training up to date and compliant across every department
n
Coach supervisors and crews
n
Run safety audits, inspections and toolbox talks
About you n
Solid knowledge of QLD WHS legislation
n
Confidence to coach supervisors and crews while running production audits, inspections and toolbox talks
