Job Description

Oaks Mackay Rivermarque Hotel in Mackay, QLD is seeking a service-driven Restaurant Manager for a full time role, overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and bar and leading the Food & Beverage team.

The position emphasises evening shifts, weekend availability, staff coaching, and maintaining high guest satisfaction with RSA, hygiene and safety standards compliance. Salary range to be discussed with successful candidates.
