Do you love working with young children, have a natural flair for performance, and want the freedom of running your own business rather than working in an employee role?

Happy Feet Fitness is looking for a mature, reliable and business-minded person to take over an established group of classes around Caloundra , with the opportunity to grow a larger regular timetable and to cover for other team members.

n

This is an independent contractor opportunity . You will operate your own Happy Feet Fitness business under license, with the support of an established Australian brand, proven programs, training and an experienced State Manager.

n

You will be responsible for growing and managing your own timetable and building relationships with early childhood centres.

What You’ll Do n

You’ll visit early childhood centres during school hours and deliver our fun, high-energy 30-minute program to babies, toddlers and preschoolers.

n

Our classes combine:

- Music, movement and dance
n
- Magic, puppets and exciting props
n
- Imaginative storytelling and adventures
n
- Games, fitness and fundamental movement skills
n
- Play-based learning that supports children's development
n

n

You might take children on a dinosaur adventure in one class and explore outer space in the next!

n

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys performing, connecting with young children and bringing energy and imagination into a room .

The Business Opportunity n

You will begin with taking over a handful of existing classes around Caloundra ,



providing an immediate starting point for your business and immediate income.

n

From there, you'll work alongside our experienced QLD State Manager to develop relationships with early childhood centres throughout the Caloundra region and grow your own timetable.

n

The longer-term opportunity is to build towards 15+ regular classes per week across 3–5 weekdays during school hours plus cover for other team members when they are unavailable .

Business development is an important part of this chance. n

You will need to be comfortable building relationships, following up opportunities and actively growing your timetable with our support.

Income n

As an independent contractor, you operate your own Happy Feet Fitness business under license.

n

- Approximately $75 per 30-minute class after licensing fees
n
- Your earning potential increases as you build your regular timetable
n
- Existing classes provide a starting point while you develop additional opportunities
n
- Comprehensive training, mentoring and ongoing support are provided
n

n

As with any self-employed business, income is dependent on the number of classes you establish and deliver.

We're Looking For Someone Who... n

- Genuinely enjoys working with babies, toddlers and preschool-aged children
n
- Is mature, reliable, professional and confident
n
- Has an engaging personality and enjoys performing or presenting
n




- Is comfortable taking responsibility for their own business
n
- Is proactive and motivated to create opportunities rather than waiting for them
n
- Enjoys meeting people and building genuine professional relationships
n
- Is organised and able to manage their own schedule and commitments
n
- Is available consistently across weekdays during school hours
n
- Has a current QLD Blue Card (essential)
n
- Has a reliable vehicle and driver's license
n
- Is comfortable working as an independent contractor and managing their own ABN/business obligations
n

Previous experience in dance, fitness, education, childcare, performing arts, music or children's entertainment is welcome, but personality, reliability and a genuine love of working with young children are just as important.
