3 DAY IHC EDUCATOR - ECEC (15964) ALEXANDRIA n

3 days per week with a child aged 3 years
n Rate: $41.94 - $47.28 (L1-L3) per hour including Tax and Super (costs associated with Insurance & Workcover are taken care of by the Employer, who will also process your Tax and Super payments on your behalf)

n We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic and engaging Educator to support a lovely family with the education and care of their 4-year-old.
n This role is all about making learning fun, combining play-based experiences with school readiness and helping build confidence and independence through everyday life skills.
n We would love an Educator who can bring creativity and energy to the role, while supporting areas such as:

- School readiness through play, stories, games and activities

- Independence and everyday life skills

- Social and emotional development
n
- Exploring local parks and the community
n
- Creative, hands-on learning experiences
n
- Building confidence, curiosity and a love of learning

n

Due to the child being immunocompromised,



the Educator will need to be particularly mindful of their own health and the health of those around them.
n Open communication with the family around any illness or potential exposure will be significant to help maintain a safe and healthy care environment.
n This would be a wonderful role for an Educator who believes four-year-olds learn best when they are busy exploring, creating, asking approximately 847 questions a day, and having fun along the way!

DRIVING NOT REQUIRED

You must: n

n
- Either be working towards or hold a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care or other IHC relevant ACECQA approved qualifications e.g. Bachelor Primary Education and are registered with relevant state authority board.
n
- Provide at least 3 references.
n
- Have WWCC, Police Check, CPR and HLTAID012 First Aid
n
- Have a car & driver's licence
n
- Be willing to commit for at least 12 months
n
- Full working rights in Australia. (A range of visas may be considered depending on conditions and length of remaining stay - for example: visa 190 or visa 186. Applicants with 417 & 462 visas need not apply.)
