An established fire protection contractor based in Brookvale is looking for an experienced Fire Systems Technician to join its team.
Work across strata and commercial properties, with a focus on testing, servicing, fault-finding and repairs.
This is a great prospect for someone based on the Northern Beaches or north of the bridge who enjoys varied technical work and building relationships with clients.
The role
- Test and service fire detection and alarm systems
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs
- Complete routine inspections and scheduled maintenance
- Produce accurate service reports and defect documentation
- Communicate with clients and site contacts
- Work independently across your allocated sites
What you’ll bring
- Previous fire systems testing or technician experience
- Strong fault-finding and practical technical skills
- Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards
- Clear communication and reliable work habits
- A current driver’s licence
- Relevant fire industry qualifications or accreditations are highly regarded
