Bendigo Bank is seeking a Transformation Lead – Credit Risk Initiatives to drive delivery of the lending improvement roadmap across our business and agribusiness networks. You will lead end-to-end execution, bridging Credit Risk, Product, frontline lending specialists and Technology squads to implement streamlined workflows.
Reporting to the Product Owner / Transformation Program Lead, you will scope work packages, manage sprint execution, and ensure recent lending workflows are adopted, with a
