- Holloway Removals & Storage is seeking a full time Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Wolli Creek, NSW. As a Sales Representative in our call centre, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and converting sales enquiries into successful bookings!

What will you be doing?

n

n

n
- Handle inbound calls and online enquiries from customers interested in our removals and storage services (no cold calling—just WARM leads and friendly conversations)
n
- Provide detailed and accurate information about our services, pricing, and availability
n
- Process customer Quotes and Bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
n
- Assess customer needs and requirements to recommend the most suitable Holloway Removals & Storage solutions (Training Provided!)
n
- Helping make people’s moves stress-free and easy
n

What we need from you:

n

n
- Previous experience in a sales role essential
n
- Experience in removals or similar serviced based industry preferred.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide a high level of customer service
n




- Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert sales enquiries into bookings
n
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable mindset with a keen attention to detail
n
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
n
- Full working rights and ability to pass a police check
n
