Your Opportunity We’re looking for caring and dedicated Assistants in Nursing to join our Windsor Aged Care team. You’ll work in a protected, welcoming environment where residents are supported to maintain dignity, independence, and meaningful connections every day.

We have a casual role available, with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, and nights—perfect for those seeking variety, work-life balance, or a meaningful career in aged care. We have at least 48 hours per fortnight to give, with the potential for more.

What You’ll Bring We’re seeking team members who are warm, professional, and passionate about delivering exceptional care. Ideally, you’ll have:

n




- Genuine empathy for older people and understanding of their needs
n
- Ability to provide high-quality personal care, continence support, and safe manual handling
n
- Certificate III in Aged Care (or AIN equivalent) – essential
n
- Previous experience in residential aged care
n
- Current National Police Clearance
n
- Availability to work any shift
n
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, professional approach
n
