Berry Street is seeking a Night Residential Care Supervisor to lead and support a team of Residential Care Workers across Gippsland region, based on-site at Morwell and Traralgon houses. The role focuses on overnight care and therapeutic practice to keep young people protected and well.
You will supervise staff, respond to incidents, manage rosters, budgets and reporting, and foster a trauma-informed, culturally respectful environment while ensuring high-quality care.
